1. Application form (get it in the township office or download on the website) and private seal of applicant. 2. Copy of ID card of applicant (both sides) or one household registration transcript. 3. One land registration transcript (within one month). 4. One zoning use certificate of urban planning. (bring your land ownership certificate and apply to Urban Planning Section, Economic Affairs Bureau ) 5. Cadastral map transcription (within one month). 6. Copies mentioned above or transcripts that print by yourself need to be stamped with the seal of applicant. ＊ Note: If there are two categories in one land, such as land for roads and residential nature villages and others, need to apply for zoning and land use area estimation at the land administration department. 7. National park certificate should be attached if belongs to national park. |
